Kris Hatherell
Outside Sales & Support Manager for A/V Systems
Kris Hatherell is our Outside Sales & Support Manager at Deep Water Home & Electronics. Kris sells and supports a diverse range of technologies including audio, video, home automation, lighting, and shades.
Kris joined our team in the summer of 2016 and shares a specific focus on residential and commercial audio and video systems, automation solutions, home theaters, and indoor/outdoor lighting design.
In addition to her love for cooking, Kris has a deep appreciation for exploring new places and spending quality time with her three daughters and friends.
Cera Cooper
Acounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist
Cera Cooper is an accounts payable and accounts receivable specialist (AKA bean counter extraordinaire).
She began her journey with Deep Water Home and Electronics in 2011 after being purchased from RayCom. Her favorite product in the store is Sonos for its versatility in any audio situation.
Cera lives in Chelan and enjoys reading, crochet, and fishing in her down time.

Shane O-Flaherty
Store Manager
Shane O’Flaherty is from East Wenatchee and he is the Store Manager for Deep Water Home & Electronics.
His job includes managing the store on a daily basis helping customers as well as opening and closing the store. He is a very avid TV and Movie buff as well as holding the title for World’s Ok’est Golfer.
In his spare time Shane enjoys golfing, kayaking, hiking, relaxing at home watching TV, and spending time with his 2 sons.

Carolyn Moore
Project Coordinator
Carolyn is our Project Coordinator, an essential part of the Project Management team.
She originally started with Deep Water back in 2020 as a part-timer at the store during the summer. She then moved to Home Depot where she gained experience as a Cashier, Appliance Sales Specialist, and then a Millwork Sales Specialist.
To further apply her skills in the home improvements industry, she returned to Deep Water in early 2022.
Carolyn is passionate about organization and enjoys gaming, cars, and creating art in her free time.
